The farm is home to humming birds who just love the zinnias flowering through out the season. In general, hummingbirds love flowers like trumpet flowers, hibiscus, zinnias, lupin, petunia, bee balms and bleeding hearts, to just name a few. What you will find interesting is besides petunia, all are perennials and very easy to grow. We encourage everyone to plant these flowers as they not only thrive in New Jersey; hibiscus, trumpet flowers, bee balms and zinnias keep the garden colorful for a long period of time.
